After waiting in line at the drive-through to cash 5 checks, I was told very rudely that I could only cash three checks because there was a line. In all my 25 years of banking, I've never heard of such a thing. It isn't my problem if they don't have enough tellers. The least they could do is post a sign at the drive through so people don't wait in line only to find out they have to go inside and wait in another line to cash more than three checks.

This branch does not seem to have enough staff. The lines are long in the lobby and long in the drive-through. If you need to see an account representative, you can expect to wait 45 minutes or more. The last teller I had was very rude. There is no reason to bank here when you can get better service anywhere else.
